Job Description

The Future Talent Program features internships that last up to 12 weeks and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Research Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals. 

Global Labeling (GL) is seeking an intern interested in learning about the development of labeling documents for medicine and vaccine products. This position is a 10-12 week summer internship opportunity. The intern may
participate in:

  • the drafting of labeling for new products or the revision/updating of labeling for currently marketed products worldwide

  • the presentation of proposed labeling revisions to labeling committees

  • the collection and review of efficacy and/or safety information for marketed products

  • process improvement projects and other department specific projects

Candidates must be able to commit to full-time employment for 10 - 12 weeks beginning in May or June 2025.

Education Minimum Requirement:

  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore or junior in college (or higher) and enrolled in a BS, MS or professional program studying biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacology, nursing, pharmacy, or other science/health care-related field of study.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates must have strong communication and presentation skills

  • Candidates must be highly motivated and able to work independently

  • Candidates must have good organizational skills

  • Candidates must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Candidates should have experience working with databases

  • Candidates should have experience writing, editing, and reviewing scientific content

  • Candidates should have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
