Application Engineering Specialist

 

Application Engineering Specialist for AVL Test Systems, Inc.  Position duties are providing technical engineering and customer liaison services for the system integration, development, commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical data acquisition and control systems for ECU and TCU powertrain control modules including commissioning test cells; implementing and tuning control loops; integrating auxiliary equipment into test systems; creating commissioning documentation; conducting test bed automation software review of test cycles and screens for test systems and providing training on system applications.  Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and 5 years’ experience in the job duties as stated.  The position is located in Plymouth, MI with 50% travel to clients throughout the U.S.  Position may require the individual to work at various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S.  Send resume to AVL Test Systems, Inc., Attn: Megan Kosch, 47519 Halyard Drive, Plymouth, MI 48170-2438.  Please reference AESTSI in response.
