Product Manager, CoCounsel Web Application

We are seeking for an experienced Product Manager who would be responsible for creating best in class user experience for our CoCounsel AI assistant that works across all customer workflows. As a Product Manager, you will execute on product strategy & roadmap for CoCounsel platform. You will be responsible for adoption and customer engagement, making this an ideal role for those who are seeking meaningful product ownership. 

About the Role  

In this opportunity, as a Product Manager, CoCounsel, you will:   

• Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for our CoCounsel platform. 

• Partner closely with teams integrating different capabilities into CoCounsel platform to create a unified CoCounsel experience across products. 

• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the legal tech industry. 

• Craft a roadmap to clearly translate customer challenges & opportunities into roadmap that aligns with CoCounsel and TR business goals. 

• Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and create detailed product specifications. 

• Partner with cross functional teams (technology, user experience design, marketing, sales, etc.) to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently high-value, innovative experience. 

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and user adoption. 

• Present product updates and roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

About You 

Successful Product Manager candidates will exhibit and show the aspiration to further develop the following skills: 

• 3+ years of Product Management experience  

• Agile, with a strong sense of urgency and a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver solutions against strict timelines, unafraid of failure 

• Experience building Enterprise SaaS products is a plus 

• Curious and innovative, starting with an obsession for our customers’ problems and needs and then working closely with customers, partners, and other colleagues to solve them in unique ways 

• An effective communicator who projects confidence and communicates concisely and clearly to management, peers, customers and partners
