ASRC Federal Technical Services is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) team that supports the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This is a 100% on-site, full-time position at the William J Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

TFDM is the surface management solution for the FAA’s Next Generation Air Transportation System (NextGen). With growing congestion on the airport surface due to the increase in commercial air traffic nationwide, the need for efficient aircraft traffic planning on the airport ground is critical. TFDM will be:
• Modernizing the air traffic control tower equipment by improving the exchange of electronic flight data and implementing electronic flight strips in the tower.
• Streamlining the flow of departures on the surface to save fuel and reduce CO2 emissions.
• Optimizing the experience for the flying public, Air Traffic Control (ATC), and the airline industry by improving the collaboration and decision-making capabilities between the gate and the tower.

We are looking for an experienced individual to work independently and in a team environment. This individual will/may provide experience/knowledge:
• Serves as an expert contributor in particular business processes responsible for formulating systems scope and objectives relative to the organization's business plan and industry requirements.
• Responsible for providing guidance concerning business and/or financial implications of the application of various systems.
• Supports program management team whose core responsibilities may include the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to enable successful program execution.
• Particular focus will be on building, maintaining, and analyzing schedules and budgets. These activities will include generating program/project status, cost and schedule indicators, project schedule trends, critical path analysis, and schedule optimizations.
• Responsible for developing and analyzing weekly/monthly reports on business related metrics.
• Identifies potential project trends and risks to management.
• May also support creation of cost estimates for procurement actions.
• Modifies procedures to enable management to make program decisions based on cost benefit analysis and schedule considerations.
• May have quality assurance or asset management responsibilities.
• Classifies, monitors, and summarizes financial data for the preparation and submission of reports on a recurring basis.
• General knowledge of government contract terms and conditions is preferred.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Office software products.

Citizenship/Permanent Residency Requirement
All candidates must have the following to pass the Federal Background Investigation and obtain the FAA Public Trust security clearance.
• Be a US Citizen, have a US Green Card, or a Non-immigrant Work Authorization (VISA).
• Has resided in the US for three (3) consecutive years.
• The company is unable to sponsor candidates at this time.

Relocation Requirement
Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate within a commutable distance to Egg Harbor Township, NJ.

Education Requirement
All non-US Degrees must have a US Equivalency Certificate provided by the candidate.
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) and twenty-four (24) years of related work experience. OR
◦ Associates Degree in Business or Legal related field of study and eighteen (18) years of related work experience. OR
◦ Bachelors Degree in Business or Legal related field of study and fifteen (15) years of related work experience. OR
◦ Masters Degree in Business or Legal related field of study and ten (10) years of related work experience.
Essential Daily Job Duties
• Provide 2nd Level Engineering support for TFDM.
• PRISM, DELPHI, and SmartSheets experience is required. Other FAA travel system experience may be used in lieu of SmartSheets.
• Additional duties may includes:
◦ Develop and maintain detailed build schedules that align with TFDM program milestones, deployment windows, and site-specific readiness.
◦ Coordinate build timelines with FAA stakeholders (AJM, AJT, AJW), system developers, integrators, and field deployment teams to ensure synchronized delivery.
◦ Track software build versions, adaptation configurations, and site-specific deployment packages to ensure accurate and auth
