We have the ambition to grow both businesses with a superior client-oriented and market-leading proposition that will enable end-investors achieve financial wellness as they plan for retirement.</p><p></p><p>Internal Audit is an independent function that reports directly to the Management Board of FFB. Our mandate is to examine and critically evaluate the effectiveness of the Company’s internal controls and governance systems, as well as the adequacy of, and compliance with, regulatory obligations, internal strategies, policies, processes and reporting procedures. In addition, we help management and the Board to fulfil their oversight responsibilities through effective challenge to help them identify, assess and commercially manage the Company’s risk.</p><p></p><p>Using a risk-based methodology, our annual audit plan is developed in consultation with FFB management to include audits of specific business areas as well as thematic and emerging risks through participation in new initiatives and systems developments. Internal Audit staff have extensive experience in assurance functions and/or various business units and relevant professional qualifications.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>About your role</u> :</b><br/> </p><p>The Senior Business Auditor - Internal Audit, FFB role will report directly to the Head of Audit, FFB. In this pivotal role, you will be required to implement the internal audit strategy for FFB ensuring compliance with applicable German regulatory requirements.</p><p></p><p>You will take a leading role in building and developing a strong internal audit function that can successfully plan and execute audit assignments in accordance with the FFB audit methodology, producing comprehensive audit reports for presentation to Senior Management with insightful findings and effective, sustainable agreed actions for remediation.</p><p></p><p>Based in Kronberg / Frankfurt, this position offers a unique opportunity to drive meaningful changes and develop a long-term career with FFB. Your senior role in Internal Audit will provide you with invaluable experience across all areas of the organization and significant exposure to senior management, showcasing your ability to enhance controls over key business risks.</p><p></p><p>The Senior Business Auditor - Internal Audit, FFB role is a key role of the FFB Internal Audit function and you will support the Head of Audit, FFB to drive the functions agenda while providing leadership to more junior staff. Due to the small size of the audit team, you may work independently or within small groups, offering a diverse and dynamic work environment. </p><p></p><p>As a senior member of the FFB Internal Audit function and the FFB business overall, you will naturally provide leadership, coaching and support to the wider team members in that location.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>About you</u> :</b><br/> </p><ul><li>Chartered accountant or chartered internal auditor</li><li>Financial services experience, preferably in banking</li><li>Experienced audit lead with ability to work autonomously to design and deliver
