About the Position:Location: Houston TX, Arlington VA, Alpharetta GA (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead cross-functional teams through product development to manufacturing· Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources· Create/maintain project documentation and timelines· Coordinate battery module /pack assembly processes· Drive design reviews and validation processes· Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders· Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards· Track project KPIs and report progress· Manage CAPEX for equipment and tooling· Optimize production costs and efficiency

What an ideal candidate brings to Fluence?
- Bachelor’s in engineering/related field
- 3-4 years NPI experience in manufacturing ( you can increase this to 5+ if you are looking for an experienced PM)
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Experience with PLM/ERP systems (Windchill, SAP preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of DFM, PFMEA, APQP, quality systems
- Budget management experience
- Preferred:
- Six Sigma certification
- Experience with automation/Industry 4.0
- CAD software knowledge
- Vendor management experience
