This 206,878 square-foot facility, located in the Philadelphia area is Catalent’s global Center of Excellence for Clinical Supply Packaging. Catalent offers GMP secondary packaging and clinical labeling services throughout our global network. Packaging can be configured to hold a single product, or multiple products as determined by study requirements. We offer manual patient kit assembly along with semi-automated and automated wallet sealing and high-speed automated carding to meet the needs of studies of all sizes. For temperature sensitive products and those with minimal to zero allowable time out of environment, we can perform secondary packaging in refrigerated and frozen packaging rooms or over dry ice depending upon your project needs. Using our Clinicopia global labeling system with its multi-lingual label phrase library we can design single panel, booklet labels or our unique Peel-ID™ safe storage labels for your studies. Single panel and Peel-ID™ safe storage labels can be conveniently reviewed and approved online via our Fusion portal before being printed and inspected at our facilities.
Catalent Pharma Solutions in Philadelphia is hiring a Supply Chain Project Manager. The Supply Chain Project Manager will lead Project teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned Projects/client relationships and will provide out of office cover as required. They will support project management teams in the management and successful delivery of assigned Projects and will provide out of office cover as required. They will be the Catalent Advocate and the Client Advocate.
This is an onsite, full-time, salary position: Monday-Friday 1st shift hours

The Role:
- Under own direction for assigned projects or in support of a PM team co-ordinate projects from award stage to completion ensuring correct planning timelines are generated, monitored, and tracked to ensure successful adherence and completion
- Attend and produce minutes and actions for client meetings/teleconferences/client visits and Audits to support own assigned projects or team and understand full scope requirements to generate all required project documentation
- Responsible for overall supply chain management of S&D studies. This includes but is not limited to receipts, returns and shipments.
- Generate required documentation and liaise with depot group for 3rd party depot set up and generate Distribution Summaries for S&D projects
- Manage inventory reporting for client specific shipping components and monitor and track client inventory in line with distribution project requirements
- Own customer order pipeline (current orders and any backlog) including responsibility to guide S&OP teams and Distribution on upcoming orders from the customers.
- Coordinate FusionConnect/IRT integration and set up clients on Fusion suite as required, provide ongoing support for client use and password management
- Set up clients on Self Service Shipment portal
- Accurately Forecast S&D revenue, Supply Chain PM revenue, and supply chain to support S&OP and site forecast process
- Utilize and drive Workfront for day-to-day project activities
- Set up returns phase of projects, generate manage and monitor IDR’s and destruction process ensuring invoicing completed and collect KPI data and supply to clients as needed
- Will mentor junior Supply Chain Project Managers and Distribution Project Coordinators
- Will review contracts, investigate, and propose solutions for disputed invoices and effectively manage invoice queries to ensure timely resolution and payment
- When acting in a supporting role, provide information to the lead Project Manage
