Provide specialized nursing care to our carefully vetted families in comfortable home environments. We hand-select families who value professional nursing care and create supportive, respectful working relationships.

🩺 What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for high-acuity patients
• Manage tracheostomy care, IV therapy, and wound vac systems
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
• Monitor patient status and coordinate care plans
• Educate families on care techniques and protocols
• Document care per regulations and agency policies

✅ What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active Ohio RN license
• 1+ years recent home health or acute care experience
• Experience with trachs, IV therapy, and wound vacs preferred
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
