Summer Professional - Tchr Extended School Year PSN/ID/AU

Position: Teacher(s) ESL Support, as needed 

 Location:  COUNTY

Certification:  Holds or qualifies for a West Virginia Professional or Temporary Teaching Certificate endorsed for English as a Second Language and Elementary Ed. K-12, Master's Degree in ELS preferred. Experience in working with students with limited English proficiency (ELL) preferred.

4 Days a Week Monday-Thursday

Closeout Day 07/31/2026

7:45 am – 3:15 pm

Important: must be available to work the full summer contract; no exceptions for vacations or attending summer staff development.

Salary Range:  2026-27 salary schedule (hourly rate) Professional Daily Salary

Job Description: The ESL Teacher is assigned to deliver developmentally appropriate instruction to ESL students to help them meet academic standards and retain skills during the summer break, increase their performance on assessment and in the classroom.
