Track progress against plan: </span><span>communicate</span><span> regularly with work</span><span> </span><span>stream leads to review, </span><span>discuss</span><span> challenges and roadblocks that may </span><span>impact</span><span> project timeline, scope, or cost.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Identifying</span><span> and managing issues and risks related to customer concerns</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ensuring transparency across and outside the program.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Updating Steering Committee, key program touchpoints, and other collaborators on the status of each workstream and the </span><span>program as a whole</span><span>.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Planning for benefit realization and harvesting.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Tracking benefits and </span><span>the </span><span>objectives</span><span> reached by Projects within the Program.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span><span>Play your part in our team succeeding</span></span><span> </span></b></p><p><span><span>Become a Senior Global Program Manager at LEGO A/S and help ensure our projects are implemented flawlessly and align with our goals. You will contribute to the success of initiatives and support global competitiveness by implementing strategic plans.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span><span>Are you equipped for the role?</span></span><span> </span></b></p><ul><li><p><span><span>Proven experience working with Project/Program Management in a global context and organization.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to </span><span>comprehend</span><span> and work with strategic direction, build executable program plans, and secure centralized coordination of sub-projects.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Capable of managing complex and unknown dependencies between program sub-projects and deliverables as well as external to the program.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Ability to build impactful communication </span><span>for</span><span> various collaborators.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Skilled at engaging with and influencing senior and executive-level collaborators and Program Steering Committee members, including </span><span>facilitating</span><span> the resolution of disagreements.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p><span><span>Capable of making and managing decisions impacting multiple initiatives as well as providing clear direction to colleagues driving projects under the program umbrella.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
