This is part of the Operational Excellence organization of the EUV Factory (EF). The Business Engineers collaborate and advise the EUV Factory leadership teams from a data insights and process improvement standpoint  in order to realize the strategic goals of their specific departments. He/she is assigned to the Install department of EUV Factory, and will be part of the Extended Staff/Management Team of SIE</p><p></p><p>Job Description </p><p>Act as the sparring business partner of the Head of EF Install and staff members regarding data analysis and insights related to process improvements, as well as Business Engineering critical competencies such as resource management, performance management, cycle time, installation cost management and quality.</p><p></p><p>You will collaborate throughout a broad and complex network of stakeholders across different departments within EUV Factory as well as outside (E.g. Customer Service) including interacting at different leadership levels in the organization. You take a leading role in defining  direction, creating structure, as well as defining standard work that will ensure sustainable process improvements, while securing data integrity and reliability.</p><p>As a senior business engineer you guide other business engineers within your own department.</p><p></p><p>Main responsibilities:</p><p></p><ul><li>Have a clear vision and understanding of how the Business Engineering competencies should be embedded in own department and how they interconnect with other strategic priorities and running processes at Install</li><li>Be able to prioritize workload and requests for total Install department in alignment with the business engineers of own department where applicable. Is able to make recommendations and drive discussion with the Install staff</li><li>Coach other more junior business engineers</li><li>Work together with Install Lean business partner in order to keep one approach towards driving continuous improvement in the organization in combination with  data analytics</li><li>Define quantitative models to calculate, drive and mature resource management (E.g. capacity requirement planning, review and improve labor hours and cycle time blueprints, review norms), which is critical to the financial planning process</li><li>Provide insights regarding critical performance metrics (E.g. Installation costs, cycle time, quality) ensuring a Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle, facilitating problem solving analysis and identifying and quantifying improvements</li><li>Drive and Strengthen the Performance Management across the Install organization (including orchestrating the monthly operational performance reviews as well as supporting the underpinning of the Hoshin Kanri / Target Setting cascading process)</li><li>Support the Install Breakthrough projects portfolio by leading the quantification of business cases as well as definition of other quantitative calculation models and quantitative decision data.</li><li>Is aware of the business analytics requests of own department (E.g. Dashboards implementation, RPA). Supports and advises stakeholders of the Install department in the underpinning of requirements, expected business benefits and connection to overall performance aspects</li><li>Performs benchmark of the execution of Business Engineering competencies beyond own department (e.g. in other factories/ASML organizations or via the Business Engineering competence center) and identifies improvements that could lead to Best Known Methods.</li><li>Prepare presentations for executive management</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>Education </p><p>Master in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration</p><p></p><p>Experience </p><ul><li>Min 10 years of experience in Manufacturing, Service, Supply Chain Engineering, Demand/Supply Planning, Lean or other related functions combining data insights, operations and process improvements</li><li>Knowledge of production, installation, new product introductions, and service processes in a highly technological environment.</li><li>Experience with Lean manufacturing and Continuous Improvement; Six Sigma experience is a plus</li
