Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team in the role of People Coordinator and Office Operations. This unique position involves an equal split between managing a positive workplace environment and coordinating recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
Office Operations Coordinator (50%):
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Manage office facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate team-building events, celebrations, and activities to enhance workplace engagement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns related to the workplace environment.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the workplace.
- Collaborate with other office operations globally for alignment, collaboration, and partnership.
Recruiting Coordinator (50%):
- Collaborate with recruiters and recruiting operations to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, both onsite and virtually, while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Update the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- May source, screen, and interview potential candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in an employee or customer-facing role in which a high level of engagement is required.
- High School or equivalent degree required
- Strong customer service, people skills, and ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficient in G-Suite with the ability to create and update Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
- Previous recruitment coordination experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools preferred.

- This role will require two days in the office per week, with occasional additional days based on business needs.
