AP Specialist Job Responsibilities


Verifying authorization for all purchases
Posting of all payable invoices as well as factory invoices
Posting ACH debits through EIV and recording payments through Nvoice Pay
Work with Vendors and dealership management teams to reconcile invoices
Complete on-demand check requests, and update and maintain vendor W9 binders
Other related functions that may arise


Schedule: This is a full-time position. We offer flexible day shift schedules, including hybrid, 4/10s, and 5x8s. Open Monday through Friday, no weekends!

QualificationsAP Specialist Qualifications


Must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accounting skills
Minimum 6 months of experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
Must be dependable, accurate, and able to take direction, stay on task, and have a positive attitude and demeanor
CDK software and Excel knowledge are required


Corporate Requirements: Must be 18 years or older, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
