Lead, Retail Program Excellence

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a retail process management expert  to join our C4C Retail Concept Account Expansion team! You are an exceptional team player, focusing on retail process optimization, cross funcation problems soluting for speed up marketplace expansion. You will work closely with GC Concept Development team, Marketplace Planning team, Retail Design team, Account team on C4C concepts NSP stores’ landing, and accelarate Great China marketplace transfomation effectively and efficiently.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON

• Take the lead of review process for C4C concept development and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes.
• Ability to balance and coordinate multiple requirement  concerns, including business targets, brand expression, spatial design and deliverable time requirement.
• Ability to partner closely with PGM and X-function to ensure that projects well landed in market.
• Make reasonable spacial planning balance for practical retail environments based on commerial requirement.
• Expert on material of constrution based on national regulation, manage technology and quality with Nike standard
• Lead development of communication and perfect training materials/design guildline to educate internal and external audience on space management standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 8 years professional experience in design, within product or marketing, brand or agency.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, XD/Sketch and CAD).
• A passion for the Athlete*, Sport* and Culture.
• Experience managing other creatives as direct reports.
• Strong interpersonal skills with dedication to foster cross-functional teamwork and an open, positive and collaborative environment.
• A positive mentality with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining creative quality.
• Laser-sharp focus to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Highly developed curiosity and in-depth understanding of retail development culture
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Fluent English & Mandarin
