Summary: To coordinate and execute cross module help desk support, business process modeling and enhancement, user training and participate in project implementation to support business growth

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Project Implementation

   1. Coordinate the activities of system implementation to meet major milestones and the overall project timeline

   2. Communicate with the key user to gather the requirement for the business process flow, and translate them into system requirements

   3. Configure the system according to business requirement / scenarios

   4. Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix. Maintain close communication with technical team and user to resolve any design issue.

   5. Assist user to identify the business scenario for system testing. Document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to identify and resolve issues arisen during system test

   6. Coordinate cut over activities during system implementation

   7. Coordinate and conduct training to key user

2. Helpdesk Support

   1. Troubleshoot application issues raised from users. Establish priority and develop solution.

   2. Document and analysis the support ticket in responsible area. Develop plan for business improvement.

3. Business Process Modeling and Enhancement

   1. Propose process and system flow that can streamline the business process and improve efficiency.

   2. Develop deep business process understanding in responsible area, be able to provide I.T solution to fit business’s need.

   3. Improve and enhance the quality of the data in the system. Enable better decision making based on the analytic of data.

Qualifications and Education (Required)

1. 4 to 5 years of experience in SAP as an analyst in FICO modules. 
2. 2 to 3 years of experience of working in manufacturing industry
3. Experience with at least 1 full cycle of project implementation
4. Understand business need and identify solutions. Able to demonstrate an understanding of how SAP solution meet customer requirement.
5. Team player with positive and pro-active attitude. Able to work under pressure and to accept new challenges
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skill
