As the No 1 marketplace in Germany we closely cooperate with a powerful network of around 42,000 dealers and connect them with almost 17 million unique users per month.</p><p><strong>Mobile.de is part of Adevinta</strong>: A global online classifieds specialist and sustainability leader with 40+ products in 15 countries.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Agile Coach (d/f/m)</strong> with the passion and aim to continuously improve our ways of working to serve our impactful teams.</p><p><strong>You will:</strong></p><ul><li>Promote and support agile practices, metrics, and mindset across the company, and help deliver value continuously.</li><li>Challenge teams and people managers to evolve and make the right decisions that build customer value and growth for the business.</li><li>Identify and prioritize actions to improve our time-to-market across the squads and product and tech teams.</li><li>Act as an organizational developer by defining and adapting initiatives that ensure our efficiency.</li><li>Keen on using tools for managing agile projects, tracking progress, and ensuring that teams are aligned and focused on delivering value to the business.</li><li>Support leadership and cross-functional teams in a scaled agile framework regarding team building, decision making, conflict solving, and building resilience.</li><li>Facilitate complex workshops such as strategy &amp; vision workshops, retrospectives, conflict solving, ideation, planning, or alignment workshops.</li><li>Coach people managers towards Agile Leadership.</li><li>Collaborate with external coaches to help you grow.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><strong>Professional experience of at least 4-5+ years in an agile environment</strong> at a fast-growing and evolving organization.</li><li><strong>Comprehensive know-how and experience in agile methods (OKR, Scrum, Kanban)</strong> and excellent <strong>facilitation skills</strong> (remote, hybrid, onsite).</li><li>Profound in <strong>organizational development at enterprise-level</strong> and skilled in inspiring change across the organization.</li><li>Experience with collaboration tools such as Slack, Miro, Coda, or other similar platforms, and the ability to implement and improve them for a scaled setup,</li><li>Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or other similar platforms.</li><li>Passionate about bringing teams into their happy and high-performing zone.</li><li>Experience coaching cross-functional teams.</li><li>Understanding of the impact on others and the ability to adapt your approach according to feedback, context, and situation.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate context-specific and to the point.</li><li>Proficient in English.
