Data Entry Clerk

OBJECTIVE:
To manage data entry, data integrity and analysis for assigned FarmStats customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (other duties as assigned)

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel for report generation
• Work directly with swine production farms to manage data entry, data integrity and report management
• Generate accurate and timely reports from MetaFarms database
• Analyze and present information from records systems to Pipestone team/Vets when necessary
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Assist in special report requests
• Ability to understand statistical design and analysis as it relates to wean to finish performance data
• Assist other team members as necessary; other tasks as assigned

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
Agricultural experience preferred but not necessary.

Experience:              
Microsoft Excel

Work Environment:
Office environment at one of our office locations: Pipestone, MN - Independence, IA – DeKalb, IL

Physical Requirements: 
Ability to sit at a desk working on a computer for daily work.
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to attend and participate in meetings of various lengths

Additional Requirements:
Prior customer service experience and a livestock background will be helpful but not required
