Benefits Manager, Non-Monetary (Hybrid)

SUMMARY
Lead the Non-Monetary Benefits CoE Team and drive strategic Non-Monetary Benefits initiatives including Health & Welfare benefits, Retirement Plans, and Non-Monetary recognition programs in the region.

Manage all North American Non-Monetary Benefits activities in alignment with globally defined strategy and processes

Lead a team of employees responsible for benefits administration located in the US and Mexico and for Retirement & Pension

Translate global Non-Monetary Benefits strategy into concepts, methods, and processes to meet regional specific needs and ensure MAHLE remains an Employer of Choice

Effective manage the self-insured benefit offerings by partnering with insurance brokers, benchmarking competitiveness of plans and negotiate discounts with providers

Define North America / local Non-Monetary Rewards programs ex: vision, dental, medical, retirement, etc. in alignment with governmental requirements and global governance

Create effective programs to manage and control costs including wellness programs, EAP and other voluntary benefit offerings

Oversee the maintenance and governmental compliance of retirement (401k) and pension plans

Oversee the annual enrollment / benefits selection process for the US (October-November)

Ensure all program compliance with governmental requirements. Track respective KPIs for North America to determine overall regional performance within the area of responsibility
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related field is required

Minimum of 7+ <span 72="">years of professional experience preferred in Non-Monetary Benefits, preferably in an international manufacturing environment is required

<span 72="">Previous experience leading the Non-Monetary Rewards function is strongly preferred

<span 72="">Experience with self-insured plans is desired

<span 72="">Union and/or Labor Negotiations experience is a plus

<span 72="">Understanding of different cultures and working across organizational, functional, and geographic boundaries

<span 72="">Strong leadership skills with intercultural and diverse teams

<span 72="">Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis
