Data Analysis & Reporting• Monitor and interpret key funnel metrics (CTR, conversion rates, open rates, etc.) to drive strategic recommendations.• Partner with the Marketing Ops team to create and refine dashboards and performance reports.• Use A/B testing, cohort analysis, and audience segmentation to inform continual campaign optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration• Work closely with the CMO to define campaign objectives and measure success.• Coordinate with Comms and Design teams to align copy, creative, and messaging for all campaigns.• Collaborate with external ad agencies to ensure campaigns reflect our voice and meet performance targets.
Non-Essential Duties: Other related tasks as needed.
