Responsibilities
Responsibilities: - Serve as a first point of contact for associate HR inquiries, offering guidance on policies, procedures, and best practices. - Facilitate onboarding processes, including orientation and training coordination. - Manage I-9 employment eligibility verification and ensure compliance with federal regulations. - Maintain accurate documentation and records for HR processes and transactions. - Lead and support HR projects, tracking milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders. - Partner with Leave Administration and performance coaches to support associates on leave. - Review and process Alternative Work Arrangement (AWA) requests. - Support intern and seasonal employee processes. - Analyze and report on HR metrics such as engagement survey results and turnover trends. - Conduct offboarding activities, including exit interviews and system terminations. - Administer tasks in Workday and ensure data integrity. - Assist with HR integration activities for acquisitions, including welcome meetings and handbook reviews. - Collaborate with HR Business Advisors on performance management and employee relations matters. - Contribute to the delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the firm.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge skills and abilities - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. - 1+ years of experience in an HR role. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to change. - Advanced Excel skills - High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Experience with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred). - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
