What you´ll do

  • Take ownership of workflow, productivity, and performance within your assigned manufacturing cell, ensuring safe, efficient, and on-time production.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and improve overall operational performance.
  • Coordinate daily staffing and workload priorities, communicating production needs and reallocating resources to meet changing demands.
  • Monitor process, quality, inventory, and equipment performance using data-driven analysis and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Support employee training, maintain accurate work instructions and documentation, and help build a high-performing, self-directed team environment.
  • Champion safety, 5S, quality, TPM, and operational excellence standards while providing effective shift handoffs and cross-functional communication.

What makes you a good fit

  • 3-5 years of manufacturing experience with a High School Diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while providing leadership, direction, and coaching to production operators.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills with the ability to anticipate bottlenecks, resolve complex production issues, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Effective communicator who leads by example, motivates others, builds teamwork across shifts, and collaborates successfully with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities, coordinate workflows, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training and process documentation.
  • Hands-on manufacturing expertise, including the ability to use specialized measurement and testing equipment, support TPM and equipment reliability initiatives, uphold safety and quality standards, and obtain Hazardous Materials Handling certification as required.

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 - 21.50. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.  This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
