Customer Service Representative

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. Stolthaven Terminals, a division of Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL), is the specialist storage provider for bulk liquids: chemicals, clean petroleum gases, vegetable oils, biofuels and oleochemicals. We are continuously seeking how we can add value for our customers. What will you be doing He or She will act as directed by Customer Service Manager, Supervisor and/or Customer Service Representatives to ensure that contractual activities are scheduled and performed as per customer requirements. Key responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination of terminal activities based on current agreements and quality standards as notified by Customer Service Representatives and communicates activities to the appropriate departments, if needed; This includes final preparation of work order documents and distribution thereof as well as the closing of work orders. 
• Maintain statistical data and preparation of daily reports or any other reports as needed for rail activities as notified by Customer Service Representatives. This includes accurate and timely record keeping. 
• Responsible for completing and reporting month-end closing process per the established guidelines and determined timeframe for Ships Services and assists Customer Service Representatives as needed. 
• Perform administrative duties such as the creation and maintenance of customer service files and requisitions at the request of the Customer Service Manager,
• Participate in any required regulatory, quality process, job enhancement or the preparing of special reports as required by the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D. required. 
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in administrative role.
• Must have excellent planning and scheduling skills and must be people oriented.
