Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior UX Designer specializing in Design Systems to join our growing product organization. You will play a crucial role in building the next generation of enterprise solutions, empowering the world’s leading businesses with consistent and inclusive UX solutions. Our cross-functional design system team works closely to ensure clarity, alignment, and seamless integration of our design language across multiple products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive the design and evolution of our new KF Design System, ensuring scalability and consistency across the entire product suite.
• Define and evolve a comprehensive design system, including UI components, patterns, and guidelines.
• Create high-fidelity visual designs and prototypes that demonstrate the capabilities of the design system and showcase the direction of our user experiences.
• Collaborate with UX Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to define, implement, and evolve design patterns, components, and interaction models that meet our product needs and address real user problems.
• Define patterns for emerging technology, such as agentive design, that will unlock new ways of working.
• Audit and refine the component library to ensure the quality, consistency, and accessibility of KF’s design language.
• Facilitate workshops and design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on components, empowering designers and developers to contribute to and leverage shared assets effectively.
• Advocate for the design system throughout the organization, educating teams on its benefits and driving adoption that enhances both product efficiency and design consistency.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven UX design experience with a strong focus on design systems. You have approximately 5+ years of experience working in complex Enterprise SaaS environments.
• A portfolio showcasing design system work, including visual components, interaction models, and accompanying specifications.
• Strong understanding of design principles. You can create high-quality components and patterns that are easy to use, scalable, and cohesive across the product suite.
• Experience in Systems Thinking. You have a holistic view of how individual components fit into the larger system and can balance the needs of individual teams with the broader product vision.
• Effective Communication Skills. You can articulate the rationale behind design decisions, particularly from an accessibility standpoint, and advoc
