About the role

CIC is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our team. As the Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing locally-focused, high-impact marketing initiatives aimed at building awareness and driving leads for locations across New England. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Marketing and working closely with the New England General Manager, this newly-created position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue for the business.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORKThe Regional Marketing Manager will be the crucial link connecting global marketing strategy with local business priorities. This role will partner with local Sales, Events, and Operations teams to plan and implement local marketing programs that elevate the brand and engage our target audiences. They will also be the voice of the local market to the Global Marketing team, helping inform prioritization of key global initiatives and the development of scalable resources.   
Responsibilities include:• Develop regional and local marketing plans specifically tailored to needs of our New England Innovation Campuses, with a focus on achieving quarterly pipeline goals.• Plans may include a wide range of initiatives, such as email, webinars and events, sponsorships, and other grassroots efforts.• Oversee implementation of regional and local marketing plans; manage timelines, budgets and resources to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results. • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts, refining strategies based on real-time results and contributing to broader marketing and local market monthly reports. • Serve as the brand custodian, ensuring local communications, including newsletters, social media content, website, collateral and on-site signage, are up-to-date and on brand and that the local teams have tools and resources needed to streamline efforts. • Operate as an extension of the local campus teams, jumping in to provide informational tours, partner with business development team to identify and source larger corporate sales opportunities, and support the GM with community outreach and presence.• Support local and global PR and content efforts, including sourcing client stories, data and other local market info to inform pitches and media opportunities.

 YOU HAVE• A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred; or equivalent years of related work experience. • 5+ years relevant work experience in field marketing or business development; event experience is a plus.• Demonstrated experience developing, strategizing and executing regional B2C & B2B marketing plans, including budget allocation and ROI measurement.• Proficiency with a variety of marketing technologies, including Hubspot, Rollworks, Google Analytics, and Canva.• Operations experience, managing resources and establishing processes to enhance efficiency.• Prior experience sourcing and managing vendors, including contract negotiation.• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience copywriting for email, landing pages, and social media campaigns.• Experience developing and executing account-based marketing programs a plus.
