Lucid’s Motorsport & Special Projects team has been successfully delivering key programs for the company, namely, the Battery System that was used in all Formula E GEN2 racecars and the Front Powertrain currently used in all Formula E GEN3 racecars. As the team continues its involvement in Motorsport, we are looking for a highly motivated and capable Project Manager to join the team. Responsibilities will be both technical and commercial in nature.
Responsibilities
· Work with a cross functional project team to plan, manage and execute both product development and business functions of our Motorsport activities
· Support team to identify, track and resolve technical, organizational, and commercial issues
· Use tools like Jira and Confluence to communicate key tasks, track progress, and publish critical information to complete project team
· Consolidate inputs and material from the project team to create presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
· 3+ years of work experience
· Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or business field
· Expert in Excel, Jira & Confluence with proficiency using ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
· Experience with automotive or technology industry
· Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
· Goal-oriented self-starter and motivator
