Our Service Technicians are critical to the safe, well-running and attractiveness of our properties.  This full-time position is assigned to Harmony at Grandview Commons in Madison, WI.  The position will have on-call responsibilities for emergencies that will be on rotation every 4 weeks. 

This position primary responsibility for:

• Corrective Maintenance by completing work requests
• Assist with apartment make-ready such as painting, cleaning, replace/replace appliances, plumbing/electrical as able, vendor management, drywall repairs, etc.
• Assist with snow removal as needed
• Preventative Maintenance
• Emergency maintenance 
• Maintain inventory of tools, equipment and supplies
• Establish and maintain good relations with residents, prospective residents, vendors and co-workers.
• Assist outside contractors when services are required
• Picks up trash on property by assisting others in maintaining cleanliness and safety of the property

Requirements

 List Job A. Education, work experience, licenses and certifications:

• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years fulltime maintenance experience
• Licenses: A valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance is required. Travel to job sites is required.
