SERVER ASSISTANT 

The Four Seasons Resort Lāna’i is looking for a Server Assistant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization is required. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Prepare the tables prior to guest seating, ensuring linens, silverware, glassware, and settings are clean and properly arranged. 

• Assist servers in delivering food and beverages with precision, care, and attention to timing. 

• Clear used plates, glassware, and utensils promptly and quietly, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dining area. 

• Reset tables efficiently between guest seatings to our fine dining standards. 

• Refills water, bread, and other table necessities unobtrusively. 

• Support the service team by running dishes from the kitchen, polishing glassware and cutlery, and maintaining stock at service stations. 

• Anticipate guest needs, communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure satisfaction, and personalize service by recognizing frequent guests and catering to their preferences 

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and public areas in accordance with health and safety regulations. 

• Uphold the ambiance and atmosphere of the dining room through attentiveness to lighting, spacing, and guest comfort.
