• Explore and design a modern architecture for Atlassian services for multiple instances and tenants.  
• Translate stakeholder requirements into technology solutions. 
• Assist with software and infrastructure management, inventory, installations, configurations, and connectivity.  
• Collaborate with other engineers to develop deployment and maintenance automation for new services.  
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot problems within network, storage, and servers in a cloud environment.  
• You must be able to implement and maintain DevOps systems and IT automation.  In addition, be able to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team of engineers.  
• Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, and Crowd  
• Docker  
• Kubernetes  
• Git (gitlab, github, bitbucket)  
• CI/CD Pipelines  
• PostgreSQL / EDB  
• LDAP Authentication / Active Directory  
• Networking/DNS/TLS Certificates  
• Linux (RHEL preferred)  
• Basic understanding of API's and web services.  REST and JSON experience is preferred  
• Cloud architecture and services (Azure, AWS)  
• Cloud infrastructure automation  
• Automation scripting  
• 2+ years of experience administering Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Service Desk, Crowd) strongly preferred  
• Lifelong learner who is well versed on leading edge technologies and processes.
