Tower is a global specialty foundry leader! We specialize in manufacturing analog integrated circuits for more than 300 customers worldwide in growing markets such as automotive, medical, industrial, consumer and aerospace and defense, among others.

 

Responsibilities 

• Ensure sufficient materials/spare parts supply and inventory levels, in order to sustain FABs non-stop operation
• Lead inventory level control routines, material shortage investigations, other supply chain related cross functional teams
• Control and improve cost of inventory, inventory turns and other supply chain KPIs
• Collaborate with process engineering, equipment, production and other departments in order to determine and implement optimal materials/spare parts planning strategies
• Continuously improve the materials planning and control cycle, develop and implement supporting tools, KPIs and IT infrastructure
• Support supply chain decision making processes, by providing data analytics capabilities

Qualifications 

• B. Sc in engineering or other relevant education
• High analytical skills and data driven
• Self-manageable and self-initiative capabilities
• Strong Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Ability to attend to details while keeping big-picture goals in mind
•  Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
