Customer Service Specialist (German speaking)

Villeroy & Boch Hungary Ltd. is a member of one of the largest ceramics manufacturing groups in Europe, is looking for a

Customer Service Specialist with German language skills for back office tasks.

Tasks:

- Recording and modifying orders;

- Handling complaints;

- Contacting customers in writing;

- Written and verbal communication with foreign colleagues;

- Preparing and amending price quotations.

Expectations:                                                                                                 

- Strong German and English/any other language skills;                                                

- Ability to work reliably;                                                                         

- Ability to work independently and accurately;                                

- Computer skills at user level.

Nice to have:

- Any other foreign language skills;

- SAP skills at user level.
