Job Title: HR Specialist (Contractor)

HR Specialist in a nutshell

As an HR Specialist within the Consumer Business Division at Huawei, you will be responsible for supporting HR operations across the European region, focusing on recruitment, outsourcing management, employee relations, and enhancing organizational culture.

What will be your responsibilities as a HR Specialist?

1. European Region Recruitment:
• Manage recruitment activities across European countries, including sourcing candidates for various representative offices;
• Collaborate with hiring managers and local teams to identify talent needs, conduct interviews, and assist in the hiring process;
2. Outsourcing Management Support for Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal):
• Provide HR support in managing non-employee（internal process compliance, value playing,etc.）;
3. Employee Relations and Organizational Culture Building for Italy:
• Support employee relations efforts in Italy, addressing employee concerns, ensuring adherence to company policies, and fostering a positive work environment;
• Organize and support team-building activities and events to strengthen employee engagement and improve interpersonal relationships;

What do we expect from you?

• Bachelor or Master’s degree;
• At least 1 year HR experience;
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Italian (mandatory requirement, candidates wo do not fulfill it will not be considered for the position);
• Genuine interest for HR and for “people”;
• Open and enthusiastic personality, eager to work in a multicultural environment;
• Proactive attitude, focused on continuous improvement and innovative solutions;
