ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sr. Asset Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting asset management reports, preparing project invoices, and making recommendations associated with the management of the Clēnera portfolio to ensure efficient and effective operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the routine monthly and quarterly reporting obligations required by project energy contracts, financing agreements, and contract compliance obligations while optimizing reporting tools.
• Support Asset Managers with contract compliance reporting and analysis.
• Assist in monitoring, evaluating, understanding, and communicating the production and financial performance of operating solar projects.
• Create and monitor budgets, provide forecasting and performance analysis on new and existing assets.
• Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analysis, and make operational recommendations to the Asset Managers based on findings.
• Manage due diligence and data rooms for major transactions related to operating portfolio.  
• Manage the maintenance of asset related information in the records management system.
• Collaborate with individual department, as well as cross-functionally with other departments within the organization.
• Maintain organizational excellence in terms of project timelines and deliverables.

• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management or related.  
• Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and an ability to learn company-specific software programs, tools, processes, and machines.
• Skills/Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to analyze complex data and situations to make decisions.  
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• High-degree of self-motivation with the ability to effectively solve problems with little direction.
