Position Summary:

Responsible for the overall operation of various services, divisions and / or facilities. Assumes programmatic / departmental line or matrix responsibility for overall daily operations of service, division and / or facility.

Key Responsibilities:

· Ensures regulatory management, financial performance, quality of care and customer satisfaction for areas of direct responsibility and oversight of matrix departments.

· Monitors progress toward objectives and intervenes as necessary to accomplish.

· Develops divisional goals appropriate to the purpose of the organization and functions within the general policies and mission statement of the organization.

· Supports and contributes to the achievement of organizations strategic goals and initiatives.

· Assist in the development, marketing, and implementation of new services or service improvements which generate revenue increases and/or operating efficiencies while improving quality standards.

· Stays abreast of current developments and implements new concepts and practices as applicable.

· Assists in preparation of budgets and allocation of resources.

· Participates in continuous quality improvement priorities, service delivery processes and service excellence initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

· Master's Degree in healthcare administration or equivalent

Work Experience:

· 5 years progressive healthcare management experience

· Demonstrated competency in financial management, interpersonal communications, and management theory

· Preferred previous executive level position in healthcare management, exceptional cross-functional management background with a documented record of increased operational income, customer/physician satisfaction and quality outcomes
