JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Pennsylvania State Harrisburg School of Science, Engineering, and Technology is seeking a candidate for an Administrative Support Assistant in the Computer Science and Mathematics Program. The successful Administrative Support Assistant will be a detail-oriented and organized individual. This position will perform complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the daily operational functions of the Program.
Monitor and maintain budgets, track expenditures, process budget revisions, and assist with budget preparation and projections.
Create and maintain confidential files, databases, and reports.
Compose written communication and proofread correspondence.
Schedule/maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
Coordinate and participate in various Program meetings, and record and transcribe minutes.
Support the School of Science, Engineering, and Technology with school events and other duties as needed.
Education:
High School diploma
Or higher plus two years of related experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
