We currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Europe! The Talent Acquisition, Specialist coordinates all recruitment and talent acquisition processes and practices of Allucent. This position controls and monitors staff recruitment, onboarding and retention. The Talent Acquisition, Specialist is a member of the Talent Acquisition staff.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the following tasks:

• • Coordinate the process of job requisitions for Allucent positions
  • Post job requisitions on the Applicant Tracking System, career page and job boards
  • Source and select candidates through job boards, social media and employee referral programs
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews with candidates
  • Engage with recruitment agencies and coordinate the recruitment process
  • Organize and participate in meetings with hiring managers and department heads
  • Support in recruitment strategy
  • Support in employer branding strategy
  • Support in contract negotiations
  • Attend job events
  • Assist in onboarding of new employees
  • Support the employee retention program
  • Actively support to staff learning & development within the company
  • Draft and contribute as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the field of Talent Acquisition, Specialist activities to the evaluation/improvement of processes and procedures within the Quality Management System
  • Assure good communication and relationships with (future) clients

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Life science, healthcare and/or business degree
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum 1 years of experience in drug development and/or clinical research is preferred
• Basic knowledge of GxP is preferred
• GDPR/HIPAA and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
• Strong communication and networking capabilities
• Process-oriented and strong analytical skills

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills including good command of English language
• Representative, outgoing and client focused
• Ability to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company
• Administrative excellence
• Proficiency with various computer applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required (Applicant Tracking System - ATS, Experience preferred)
