Industrial Process Operator/ Mechanic

Job Summary: 
The Process Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery and equipment in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with heavy machinery and be OSHA certified. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and work areas to identify and address potential hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Participate in safety training and continuous improvement initiatives.
