So, join our Trade Management Services team and feel like you’re part of something bigger.</p><p></p><p><b>About your team</b></p><p></p><p>Within Investment Management and Global CAO, Trade Management Services (TMS) are responsible for all aspects of post trade operations (trade matching, confirmation and settlement) across the equity, multi-asset, fixed income, FX, money market, and derivative asset classes. The team also has responsibility for collateral management and oversight of the firmwide stock lending programme. TMS process all global trades seeking to maximise efficiency, minimise operational risks whilst constantly evolving the operational model to support new growth and retention of business. The global range of Fidelity’s products and services expose the team to the full spectrum of post trade operations across the breadth of the world’s markets.</p><p></p><p><b>About your role </b></p><p></p><p>The Change, Risk and Governance (CRG) team within TMS are a small subset of the broader post trade team with key responsibilities to lead and oversee end-to-end business requirements and ensure the broader TMS department adopts and adheres to the required internal policies and external regulations relating to change, risk and governance. The team also play a key role driving improvements to the related procedures and controls, as well as ad-hoc projects and requests as and when they come up.</p><p>With TMS services operating a follow the sun service across 4 locations and supporting FIL’s extensive broker and custodian network, a globally consistent approach is vital. CRG plays a key role to drive, supervise and embed operational and business procedures that meet internal and external requirements but that can be implemented and incorporated into the existing department operating model.</p><p></p><p>The core responsibilities are to ensure consistency, address areas of improvement and drive efficiencies in how the policy requirement can be adopted into TMS. This role involves close collaboration with the internal global TMS team to build and implement a framework that evidences, on an ongoing basis, oversight of key controls which satisfies both internal and external requirements.</p><p></p><p>The CRG team acts as a central contact point and first pass gatekeeper for all cross-asset requirements including:</p><ul><li>BAU change: providing a first pass review for the global department on initial project calls/ fund launches confirming scope, requirement, timelines and initial impact analysis</li><li>Operational Risk: providing a cross department approach to implementing all operational risk requirements</li><li>Business Contingency Management: coordinating plan and BCM requirements globally</li><li>Ad Hoc Projects: act as a key contact for broader change initiatives required from shared services teams across FIL e.g. vendor team, risk teams, operational change teams</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you</b></p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will have strong trade flow knowledge and prior experience of the post trade operations lifecycle across asset classes as will be required to quickly build a fundamental understanding of the TMS capabilities. They should be able to interpret requirements and demonstrate strong collaboration and negotiation skills with different teams and stakeholders and adapt to changing business needs and environments. Prior project management or an ability to demonstrate experience in structuring and organising an approach to business asks that drive the right business outcome is required. Prior deep experience and strong knowledge of operational risk frameworks, governance and change protocols are an advantage.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Essential Skills:</u></b></p><ul><li>Working knowledge of the post trade operational processes across multiple asset classes</li><li>An understanding and previous exposure to various risk areas within the post trade world</li><li>Able to interpret, distribute and monitor business and operating model asks</li><li>Abi
