Other main responsibilities will include:</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Turning concepts into innovative new products in order to give Arla a commercial advantage</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Optimizing the cost / value of new and existing products, working closely with global marketing, suppliers, our supply chain and other stakeholders</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Leading product and process development projects, including recipe finalization, cost management, quality assurance and legal assessment</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Working closely with Brand Managers and colleagues within Innovation to act as a strong and credible technical sparring partner in discussions</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Acts as a knowledge expert in key areas, especially long-life ambient products and processes</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Project Management, including being able to provide a clear status of a development project, opportunities, risks and project timeline.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><span><span><span>What will make you successful</span></span></span></b></span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>If you have a background within dairy, beverage technology or science at master’s level. Topped with +5 years’ experience within product development. You have the exact credentials needed for this key NPD position.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><span><span><span>Knowledge within milk beverages and process of these will be key for this role. If you have been working within the beverage or dairy industry or have experience with beverages manufacturing as well as flavor application and flavor house cooperation, it will absolutely give you a head start.
