We are a diverse and social team that enjoys collaboration and knowledge sharing, while putting a strong focus on delivering results and providing continuous development opportunities.</span><span> </span><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>You’ll play an important role in: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>identifying and driving complex, high-value digital innovation initiatives across the organisation</span></li> <li><span>facilitating a process to surface opportunities by engaging with colleagues across the organisation, helping to scope new ways of applying AI and other digital technologies</span></li> <li><span>supporting AI enablement activities across the organisation to maintain and evolve employee AI literacy</span></li> <li><span>driving the strategic direction of Digital and AI Innovation across the company, in close partnership with the Corporate Strategy team</span></li> <li><span>providing insights on mid- to long-horizon digital innovations to step change our competitiveness, including novel digital business models and emerging digital technologies</span></li> <li><span>collaborating closely with our agile organisation, IT teams, and technical colleagues in Digital Innovation to enable prioritisation of use cases and deliver priority initiatives</span></li> <li><span>where relevant, mentoring or managing the workload of more junior team-members.</span></li> </ul> <p><strong><span> </span></strong></p> <p><strong><span>To succeed in the role, you: </span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>have experience from either a management consultancy, another energy company, or from a digital, innovation or strategy function from a large corporation or scale-up</span></li> <li><span>have a holistic problem-solving mindset when taking on challenges, utilising systems thinking or other techniques to develop effective solutions</span></li> <li><span>have a strong drive to deliver high-quality work, a willingness to learn, and a self-starting attitude</span></li> <li><span>have hands-on experience with scoping and prioritising digital or innovation opportunities, ideally with AI, including quantifying value potential and feasibility</span></li> <li><span>have a sound analytical understanding and ability to grasp and communicate key insights which can help drive digital innovation across the organisation</span></li> <li><span>have a collaborative and diverse mindset and can create and sustain trust-based relationships with your stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>have a firm grasp of recent developments in the AI space, including but not limited to Agentic models, AI compliance and the challenges when implementing enterprise AI solutions.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points.
