Together, the team is expected to craft recruitment strategies based on market and career trends, thorough data analysis, to target and recruit specific profiles in technology, science, engineering and business technology for the Undergraduate and Master programs of the portfolio. The manager must work with the entire commercial and academic teams for alignment and knowledge sharing purposes. The role evolves around developing an in-depth knowledge of the product and understanding of the Science and Technology market. Become a reference for assessment and lead initiatives that drive sales growth.</li> <li><strong>Product management:</strong> Serve as the main source of knowledge around the portfolio of Science, Technology &amp; Data for the commercial teams. </li> <li><strong>Commercial: </strong>Develop and execute strategic actions (events, conferences, workshops) to meet the recruitment sales objectives in Madrid with the HQ team or with international offices around the world. </li> <li><strong>Strategy: </strong>Generate product and market insights around students’ feedback, competitors, markets, career demands, industry key players, and macroeconomic trends to maintain an effective recruitment strategy during the academic year.</li> <li><strong>Marketing: </strong>Collaborate weekly with Marketing Managers for a cohesive marketing plan.</li> <li><strong>Stakeholder management: </strong>Liaise and serve as a common ground for other key recruitment stakeholders like School’s Vice Deans and Academic Directors, Financial Aid team, Student Services, Careers, Alumni and Admissions teams, while fostering these relationships.</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <strong>To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:</strong> <ul> <li>3 years of previous work experience in sales, strategy, and business development is preferred as well as a high interest in the field.</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish as a second language or native. </li> <li>Bachelor's and Master's degree.</li> <li>Academic background in business, technology, management is preferred.</li> <li>Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capability and a positive customer-centric mindset.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills.</li> <li>High level of comfort interacting with diverse and multi-cultural candidates.</li> <li>Must be a visionary problem solver and change agent.</li> <li>Must be strategic, innovative, creative, and embrace new approaches and technology.</li> <li>Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>Must be able to manage resources effectively and efficiently.</li> <li>Flexible work scheduling may require evening and weekend work and some domestic and international travel.</li> </ul> Unleash your full potential and make an impact.
