Marketing Manager - Business Aviation

Indianapolis, IN or Washington D.C. (Hybrid working)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Business Aviation Sales & Marketing team as a Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing strategy for Rolls-Royce Business Aviation. In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying, anticipating, and satisfying customer requirements to increase Rolls-Royce Business Aviation products and service sales. In this role, you will travel both domestically and internationally up to 30%

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for Marketing strategy for Business Aviation products and services, including campaigns for new Entry into Service products like upcoming Dassault 10X powered by Pearl 10X
  • Provide a source of consistent, standardized, and powerful messages for use by the Sales Directors as part of their sales and marketing activities
  • Support Head of Communications for external dissemination of key messages and understand the Rolls-Royce product and service position against competitors and devise tactical plans to lead the market using recognized value sell tools and techniques                 
  • Educate the market, and influence customers, stakeholders and Authorized Service Centers to create a pull for Rolls-Royce products & services through visits, presentations, social media, published content and other appropriate medium
  • Create relationships with key advertisers in the industry and develop, build and implement a strategy for both print and digital marketing externally
  • Enhance the customer experience journey for our customers by creating a customer-centric strategy, implementing tools to make their on-boarding and in-service journey seamless, and enhance customer satisfaction thru personalized interactions/tools

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 7+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
  • Master's degree with 3+ year of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 9+ years of Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Customer Service Delivery, Aerospace in lieu of degree

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior marketing or advertising experience in the Aerospace and/or Business Aviation industry, market trends and leading manufacturer
  • Prior experience mining and/or analyzing large data sets to determine market trends and marketing strategy
  • Intermediate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint functionality
  • Experience creating and delivering executive presentations to Senior Stakeholders
