The Job:
As a Quality Auditor, you’ll be part of our growing team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to utilize JDA Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Exacta to conduct audits, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various industry quality management systems and a strong understanding of warehouse processes.
You’ll also get to:
Conduct regular and ad-hoc quality audits of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes using JDA WMS and Exacta.
Monitor and verify compliance with company and industry quality standards, policies, and procedures.
Identify, document, and report non-conformances, discrepancies, and process deviations.
Collaborate with operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Analyze audit findings and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain accurate records of audit activities, findings, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management system requirements.
Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train and mentor distribution center staff on quality standards and best practices.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality management systems.

You also have:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in a quality assurance or auditing role within a distribution center or warehouse environment preferred.
Proficient in JDA WMS and Exacta; experience with other WMS or quality management systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of industry quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, GMP).
