We’re looking for you.  Zoetis Tech and Digital (ZTD) are building a new Global Commercial Value Streams organization focused on bringing together best-in-class capabilities, technologies and partners to deliver value for Zoetis, our Customers and Pet Owners.

The Head of ZTD Global Colleague Effectiveness Value Stream and Product Line is a senior leadership role within the ZTD Global Commercial team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, development, and delivery of global colleague effectiveness products organized in value streams and product lines. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of CRM, CPQ, Contract Managements, inside sales, field force effectiveness, customer service, product management, and value stream alignment to drive innovation and business value. The position will instill a global centricity mindset for all colleague effectiveness products.  It involves coordinating with global and regional business leaders, ZTD Business Partners and managing a team of product owners and ensuring the successful implementation of multi-year roadmaps.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership and Vision

• Develop and drive the vision and strategy for global colleague effectiveness products organized in a value stream.
• Co-create unified digital strategies and multi-year roadmaps in partnership with global business process owners and ZTD business partners.
• Drive ZTD-led innovation for new strategic business initiatives within colleague effectiveness.

Product Management and Delivery

• Oversee the coordination of vision and roadmaps for all product lines within colleague effectiveness.
• Manage the budgeting and allocation of resources for product development and delivery.
• Ensure the successful implementation of multi-year colleague effectiveness product roadmaps, allowing for ongoing delivery agility.
• Set priorities of products and features delivery in alignment with business product owners
• Monitor and drive business value realization across colleague effectiveness.
• Facilitate decision making and arbitration relating to trade-offs both within and between different stakeholders and technologies.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Alignment

• Work closely with global and regional business leaders to align digital strategies with business goals.
• Serve as the primary point of collaboration and alignment with colleague effectiveness teams across Zoetis.
• Provide insights and recommendations on feasibility and alignment of new colleague effectiveness product intake.
• Engage in knowledge sharing across value streams and products to ensure best practices.

Team Leadership and Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product owners.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary skills and resources to achieve business goals.
• Manage team in alignment with ZTD workforce strategy, including supporting India Capabilities Center establishment for Commercial delivery

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Experience: 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in IT strategy, product management, and value stream alignment, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Practical experiences with commercial platforms (CRM, CPQ, call center management, contract lifecycle management, field force effectiveness), analytics & data, and customer experience disciplines in a global setting
• Professional record of accomplishment that reflects significant strategic partnership with and contribution to the business, including demonstrated leadership in large, complex, multi-divisional global settings.
• Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and committed to achieving results and have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through to resolution.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
