What You Will Do:
The Enterprise Workforce Solutions (EWS) team is part of the Human Capital organization at Guidehouse and is a critical partner to the client service delivery segments at Guidehouse, enabling outstanding client service, revenue generation and a compelling employee experience. The team manages enterprise-wide efforts to deliver staffing solutions through process and automation, assists with large-scale project deployment, facilitates internal mobility with a focus on employee-generated requests, manages the talent process for Guidehouse’s non-employee workforce and leads strategic workforce planning.

The EWS Operations Associate is a critical part of that team, designing process and delivering regular insights to the EWS team, segment leadership and corporate leadership. They will assist with developing business processes, assisting with change management activities and performing data analysis. This particular role will play a critical part in designing the internal mobility program at Guidehouse, providing employees with the structure, consistency, and inclusiveness needed when pursuing internal career opportunities.

This position reports to the EWS Internal Mobility Lead. This position interacts directly with IT, human capital, finance, and contracts personnel in a dynamic, challenging and collegial environment.

  • Applying sound business judgement, assist in redesigning and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines for internal mobility programs across the enterprise

  • Provide guidance and drive implementation of intentional employee engagement opportunities that advance the culture of internal mobility across Guidehouse

  • Develop and advise the business on organizational change management plans and activities around significant process and technology changes, including leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, strategic communications, training, and evaluation

  • Conduct change impact assessments and identify risks and opportunities

  • Advise project teams on organizational change management activities related to their defined project scope

  • Determine eligibility for employees interested in mobility across the enterprise and provide guidance on the process for movement

  • Independently draft enterprise-wide communications for key initiatives initiating from the EWS COE

  • Evaluate and make recommendations for efficiencies / standardization in processes and procedures related to scope of work

  • Escalate issues, as applicable, to the EWS Internal Mobility Lead

  • Participate as an active member of the EWS team, identifying and deploying continual process improvement and standardization across the enterprise

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 2+ years of professional experience OR 6+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

  • 2+ years of related experience, specifically in project management, process design and organizational change management

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint and Power BI

  • Demonstrated experience with business requirements development and documentation of standard operating procedures

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to set up systems to easily recall important details

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to develop relationships of trust quickly and carefully across both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across an organization

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly with the ability to “see around corners” and anticipate the needs of their internal clients

  • Strong critical thinking skills

  • Exhibit an analytical mind, a strong intellectual curiosity

  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated, while also being an exceptional team player

  • Adaptable to changing environments

  • A demonstrable willingness to work more than 40 hours as needed to support business requests
