• Provide detailed information about our services and address client needs.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and professionally.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and suggest solutions.
• Assist in maintaining and updating customer service resources and documentation.
