Responsibilities:

• •Administer and maintain cycle count data, report results, support audit process
• •Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing freight
• •Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and implement preventative measures
• •Guide and direct a team of individual workers performing daily duties
• •Orient, train and coach new employees in duties
• •Manage sample inventory with SCS team
• •Complete goods receipt for merchandise items; validate incoming FG inventory is labeled correctly
• •Promote and demonstrate safe practices in compliance with Freudenberg standards
• •Any additional duties assigned by management or direct supervisor
   

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience required
• Understanding of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Positive and professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, strong sense of urgency
• Proficient in office management software (Excel, Word, etc.)
