Finance Manager - 1 Year Assignment

<p><b>Job Summary</b>:<br/> This position requires a highly analytical individual with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of financial management, tax optimization, and compliance within the manufacturing sector.</p> <p><br/> <b>Responsibilities</b>:<br/> •    Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, discussing priorities, allocating resources, managing performance, and providing feedback.<br/> •    Supervises the preparation and submission of comprehensive financial statements.<br/> •    Prepare and present monthly financial reviews to Management team, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.<br/> •    Conduct the annual budget exercise and semi-annual forecast reports.<br/> •    Monitor and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial forecasts.<br/> •    Present standard cost updates and cost variance analysis.<br/> •    Conduct financial evaluations of capital expenditures and calculate return on investment for projects.<br/> •    Monitor and track expenses to ensure alignment with financial forecasts.<br/> •    Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure the company has sufficient liquidity to meet its requirements.<br/> •    Facilitate communication and coordination with external auditors to ensure accurate and timely audits.<br/> •    Performs fiscal and tax analysis for cost-saving opportunities.<br/> •    Ensure compliance with all relevant fiscal and tax regulations, conducting regular reviews and audits.<br/> •    Assess and implement financial automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>Required Skills/Abilities</b>: <br/> •    Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.<br/> •    Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and tax optimization strategies.<br/> •    Experience with financial automation tools and ERP systems.<br/> •    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.<br/> •    Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.</p> <p><br/> <b>Education and Experience</b>:<br/> •    Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.<br/> •    Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management ideally within the manufacturing industry.<br/>  </p>
