Data Analyst / HPM

Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, sanitize, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (and other tools as required.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand data needs and deliver solutions; translates business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries.
- Manage data and analytics initiatives to ensure they are completed on time and in budget. Maintain project tasks and updates in our project tracking software.
- Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for data and analytics platforms, assisting users and coordinating with IT as needed.
- Adhere to data governance, privacy, and security standards in all data handling activities
- Effectively communicate analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Power Query, DAX, SQL, and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills in all formats (written, spoken, social media, public presentations, etc.) on behalf of HPM.
- Remote or Hybrid working options may be available

Hearing: Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
