Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Executive Assistant & Strategic Projects to serve as a key partner to the Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer (EVP, COO) and senior leadership team.

You’ll be at the center of a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, coordinating priorities, managing special initiatives, and ensuring the COO’s office runs smoothly and with maximum impact.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategic and tactical spaces, capable of handling calendar management one moment and leading high-stakes projects or Board material preparation the next.

This position is onsite, office-based in Atlanta, GA, following a hybrid model with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office (Tuesday & Wednesday).

Strategic Partner to Senior Leadership & Special Project Execution

  • Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between the EVP, COO and Field Operations leadership, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
