As the Senior Accountant, you will be part of a dynamic accounting team.  We offer a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will manage financial reporting, complete account reconciliations following all accounting principles and company policies

Are you motivated by this work?

• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Oversee general ledger activities and ensure proper recording of transactions
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance
• Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts and financial planning reports
• Coordinate with external auditors for audits
• Monitor internal controls and suggest improvements to financial policies and procedures
• Support future ERP system implementation 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency

• We offer a hybrid work schedule.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred)
• Five (5) years or more experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in a corporate or public finance setting, as well as a demonstrated understanding of ERP systems and data analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently
• Effective communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, complex environment
